Baby Elizabeth was born with Anencephaly, a rare condition wherein there is an absence of a major portion of the brain, skull, and scalp that occurs during embryonic development.
Fellow Consolacionanons, through their official Consolacion Facebook Group organized a charity for the baby. With the leadership of Atty. Bolay and core group volunteer, they secured help for the baby in a public service program of ABS-CBN. They also had the baby checked-up in Vicento Sotto Memorial Medical Center.

Sad news, according to the group, the baby of Tugbongan who has anencephaly died Thursday night at around 2:00 pm.
